Quality Control
A defined inspection process runs across the full production flow — materials, assembly, battery performance and pre-shipment random sampling. The steps below describe a standard process; documented reports are available per order.
Incoming material inspection
Cells, motors, blades, housings and components checked against specification on receipt.
Semi-finished product inspection
In-process checks during assembly to catch defects before more value is added.
Charging test
Charging circuit and interface verified on each unit.
Battery aging test
Battery capacity and stability validated through aging cycles.
Blade sharpness test
Cutting performance and blade alignment checked against standard.
Drop test
Sample units drop-tested to validate housing and assembly durability.
Final inspection
Function, appearance and accessories confirmed before packing.
Pre-shipment random inspection
AQL-based random sampling on finished cartons before shipment.
